Fresh tomato season is here
Sun ripened soft fresh tomatoes. One of the great summer joys that we all foodies are waiting for all winter long.
No need for complicated things or recipes, just chop, add some Himalayan flaky salt, fresh coriander seeds, Taggiasche olives and an extra vergine olive oil. And fresh pepper on top of course.
Or call your fish monger to order some King Crab legs and make this recipe. So juicy and full of flavor! (Although I substituted the cream with more butter, some fresh small tomatoes, a fresh chili and a handful of fennel seeds. To tweak it even more, we wrapped the crab legs in foil and placed them on the grill instead of using the oven. Success!)
