Basil and feta cheese sauce

Barbeque season is now in full swing. This simple sauce goes very well together with lamb chops from the grill. Grassfed of course.

Basil and feta cheese sauce

One big chunk of organic and natural greek feta, ca 250 g

A large handfull of basil leaves, at least one pot

Extra vergine olive oil

Herby salt, pepper

Water to taste

Mix everything together in blender. Add water to adjust texture and consistency.
